Lovely! He is getting so big :) Have a great weekend!
Lovely! Can I ask what the purple is?
Hi Pamela. The purple is a special spray dye that we use to identify our sheep. Most of the shepherding tasks here are carried out communally - shearing, dipping etc, and during the summer, all the sheep in the village are up on the common grazings on the moor. We need to know which sheep belong to each crofter, so we all have our own individual marks and colours. Ours is a purple strip across the back.xx
How cool! I do believe I'm a bit jealous! Have a great weekend!
